Tube experience (August 2009)
August 31, 2009
These are the movies and TV series (except those I am required to watch for class) I watched this month. By the way, I graded them based on the UP grading system. 1 is highest, 3 is passing, 4 is conditional failure, INC is incomplete and 5 is FAIL. Looks like I’m not a good critic of movies… but that’s that!

When you take a look at the definition of ‘Partner’, it gives you synonyms such as colleague, sharer, spouse, and accomplice. Partner is a person who is strongly associated with me; the one who knows me very well and stays by my side.
The word ‘Partner’ takes a different meaning when it is used in law firm. Partners are the people who survived from the power struggle. They are executives who are on the top of the law firm pyramid.
Enterprises are law firm’s partners. Law firms fight each other to become a partner of business. They struggle to be close to power and to become a slave of money.
There are some lawyers who want be the partners of commoners as well. They are willing to be the spokesperson for the underprivileged.

Impatience
June 29, 2009I’m too impatient to wait until my suking DVD vendor is flooded with this:
If I only had cable television I should be able to watch this on KBS World.
Boys Over Flowers [WL post]
May 20, 2009This is a spontaneous post. I intend to post a review after I have watched the whole pirated DVD (which, I should I say, has the best English subtitles I have ever seen in a Korean drama).
It’s quite corny, really, but the Korean version of Hana Yori Dango is much better than the Taiwanese or Japanese ones.
I just had the feeling that a single post isn’t enough. Hahaha! Enjoy!
